Hi, my name is Rachel but I go by Ray. I am probably the biggest dog lover you will ever meet. Every single dog I see on the street I want to pet and I am not afraid to ask if I can. I love the human body, exercise and helping people strengthen and condition.
I was a cheerleader since 8 years old through college graduation and I hold two national championships with UT Arlington from 2014 and 2015.
I am actually blogging for Grad school. I am currently pursuing an M.S in Marketing with a focus in social media. You may be wondering why marketing when I am a exercise specialist. This is in order to be able to market myself and know what I should expect from a marketing team in the future.
